Subject to the statutory requirements, you have rights to access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability and objection. You may withdraw consent at any time with future effect and lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority, including the Data Protection Commissioner of Mecklenburg-Western Pomerania.
5. Privacy settings
Your choices for necessary storage and external media are stored locally with a timestamp and consent version. We ask again after 180 days. Necessary storage is based on Section 25(2)(2) TDDDG. Google Maps is activated only with your consent under Section 25(1) TDDDG and Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR.
6. Google Maps
After your consent, we embed Google Maps to show our location. The provider in the EEA is Google Ireland Limited, Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland. Loading may transfer your IP address, browser and device information, the page visited and, where applicable, location and Google account data to Google. Recipients may include Google LLC and other Google companies in the United States.
Processing is based solely on your consent under Section 25(1) TDDDG and Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR. Google LLC is certified under the EU-US Data Privacy Framework; where its requirements are met, transfers rely on the European Commission's adequacy decision. Retention periods vary by data type and use. See Google's privacy policy, data transfer frameworks and retention information. You can withdraw consent through the privacy settings; the map will then be removed.
7. External route links
The route planner opens Google Maps or Apple Maps. The external website is contacted only after you click the link; the respective provider is then responsible for subsequent processing.
